Children’s Yoga Continues
We continued the Children’s Yoga program this month from the fall. Liz McBee from the OSU Extension came to teach us stretching, yoga poses and breathing techniques. We also enjoyed some musical scarves that helped us with stretching, also. These fun programs and free classes are made possible by a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
Sit or Stand Stretch Fit Classes
