Story Time
April 9, 2025 - Today during Story time, Miss Sherry ask them for first and last names, Mom and Dad’s name, where they live. Also talked about seasons, counting and moving arms and legs. Sang Hello Neighbor, I’m a nut and Opposites. We sang nursery rhymes Little Miss Muffet, Cow jumped over the moon, we read 4 books and decorated Easter egg cookies!
April 16, 2025 Story Time today was all about Easter. They listened to Miss Sherry reading to them and singing along with nursery rhymes. Everyone walked out to the park area for an Easter egg hunt. Great weather and fun time. Just two more weeks of Story Time, then on Thursday June 5th the Summer Reading program begins.
April 23, 2025 - The weather was so nice we moved Story Time to the Library Park. They sang and danced to "Fly a Kite" then Miss Sherry read to them. They were given their own little flowerpot which they filled with soil and planted seeds to take home and watch them grow. They returned to the library and Miss Denise showed them the incubator with eggs getting ready to hatch. There was already one little chick hatched. Next week they will check on them again and hopefully we will have several chicks. Next week Story Time will be in the park for the last program until September. Vegetables will be planted in the large containers, and they are welcome to come water, watch the plants grow and pick the vegetables.

April 15, 2025 We are getting close to the end of this seasons Adult Exercise Program. The last class will be Tuesday, April 29th. We had a good crowd today working on stretching exercises. After class they enjoyed water and some Pretzel Protein Balls.
